Dr. Stephens is a Shoulder and Elbow specialist practicing in Florida. In addition to his full time practice he is the Deputy Director of Medicine for Young Doctors DC, a multi-generational mentoring, education, and pipeline to health careers​ program for high school boys in Southeast Washington, DC. Dr. Stephens shares many pearls of wisdom about staying committed to your dreams and enjoying the process to achieving your goals.
